I think the topic, broadly speaking, us anportant one, but I might substitute "cloud" for "SaaS" because Platform as a Service and Infrastructure as a Service are other viable options for off-premise BI.

Is there anyone in this group who has gone through an internal evaluation of hosted vs in-house that is interested in participating in a round-table discussion? Areas of discussion to include: time to market, data volume, availability, security/audit/archive needs, flexibility/lock-in, economics, business trends, players, etc...
