Looking for a strong BI (SSAS) developer

My company, Operative.com, is looking for a strong BI developer:
- Multi-dimensional modeling - must have led several data warehouse implementations
- Experience with Microsoft stack (SSAS/IS/RS) is a huge plus
- Very strong SQL
- Understanding how to handle very large data volumes
- Familiarity with Hadoop/MapReduce is a plus
- Understanding digital advertisement domain is a plus but not required
Compensation depends on experience and is very competitive.
This is a key position that would include overall technical responsibility for the company's BI offering.
